As a Brand Associate, you will -
- Work with the growth and branding teams to mine consumer insights and translate them into brand campaigns.
- Be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing branding campaigns that resonate with our target audience and strengthen our brand perception.
- Develop and implement creative branding campaigns that align with our brand strategy and business goals across various channels including product, digital, social media, etc.
- Identify strategic brand partnerships and collaborations and implement them to maximize brand exposure and drive consideration for the brand
- Analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns and initiatives, using data and insights to optimize future efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and execute initiatives that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
You fit the bill if you have -
- 1+ years of branding/marketing experience and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- An exceptionally creative bent of mind with a passion for visual communication and the ability to generate ideas to drive brand awareness and visibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- High sense of ownership and initiative
