Brand Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Media channel management: Execute strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of all media channels, including but not limited to TV, radio, print, and digital advertising
2. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
3. Social media trend setting: Stay abreast of current social media trends and identify opportunities to leverage these trends to enhance the Baska Foods brand
3. Execute and build campaigns across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement
4. LinkedIn & Facebook presence: Manage and grow Baska Foods' presence on LinkedIn and Facebook
5. Implement content strategies, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns
4. Shipping oversight: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and timely shipping of Baska Foods products to customers
5. Monitor shipping processes and address any issues or delays to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Consumer feedback management: Develop and implement systems for collecting and analyzing consumer feedback, including surveys, reviews, and social media comments
7. Use insights gained from consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share with product development and marketing strategies.
