About the job

Key Responsibilities:

a. Brand Acquisition & Onboarding:
1. Identify and engage potential health brands for partnerships that align with Medonomy's goals.
2. Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements, facilitating business growth.
3. Oversee the onboarding of new partners, ensuring seamless integration into the platform.

b. Strategic Partnership Development:
1. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with brands across healthcare, wellness, and health-tech sectors.
2. Explore collaborative opportunities, including co-marketing, co-branding, and joint ventures, to increase visibility and engagement for both brands and doctors on the platform.
3. Work with internal teams to create and refine partnership packages.

c. Sales & Business Development:
1. Identify and pitch business opportunities to health and wellness brands, driving revenue through doctor-led partnerships.
2. Meet or exceed acquisition targets and KPIs, tracking progress and success.
3. Maintain a pipeline of potential partners, using metrics to evaluate engagement and outcomes.

d. Revenue Generation & Sales Targets:
1. Develop strategies to achieve revenue goals through brand partnerships.
2. Drive profitability and long-term growth by exceeding sales targets.
3. Proactively pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue from existing and new partnerships.

e. Collaboration Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring their satisfaction and continued collaboration.
2. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to implement partnership-driven initiatives like campaigns and product launches.
3. Monitor the performance of partnerships and adjust strategies to ensure success.

f. Market Research & Insights:
1. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to discover new partnership prospects.
2. Provide insights to partners based on campaign performance, suggesting improvements to boost engagement and ROI.
3. Share findings with internal teams to shape future offerings and strategies.

g, Reporting & Analytics:
1. Track partnership effectiveness using metrics and analytics.
2. Regularly report progress and milestones to leadership, preparing detailed presentations for stakeholders.

Other requirements

1. 1-3 years of experience in brand acquisition, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce sectors.

2. Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing brand partnerships.

3. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

4. Ability to understand and communicate the value of doctor-generated content and how it can impact brand growth.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and assess the effectiveness of partnerships.

7. Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

8. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and knowledge of key players in the market.

2. Experience with digital platforms, e-commerce, or health-tech solutions.

3. Knowledge of marketing, sales funnels, and partnership performance metrics.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year
