About the job

We are looking for a dynamic 'Alliances and Brand Relations Manager' to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing Alliances with industries relevant to our international technology conferences business. This role will play a critical part in driving ticket sales, securing sponsorships, and enhancing our brand visibility on a
global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Develop Strategic Alliances:
- Research and identify potential industries, organizations, and companies that align with our technology conferences and can add value.
- Build and manage relationships with key industry players to create mutually beneficial alliances.
- Collaborate with partners to promote our events and drive ticket sales.

2. Drive Ticket Sales through Alliances:
- Leverage alliances to increase awareness of our conferences and generate
leads for ticket sales.
- Work with partners to create joint marketing initiatives that target their networks and promote our events.

3. Sponsorship Acquisition:
- Identify sponsorship opportunities within partner organizations to fund or enhance event production.
- Develop and present proposals to potential sponsors to secure support for events.

4. Brand Promotion and Visibility:
- Develop strategies to promote the company brand through industry associations, influencers, and partner networks.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align branding efforts with alliance initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to foster relationships and promote the brand.

5. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to integrate alliance strategies into overall sales plans.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of alliances, including ticket sales and sponsorships.

6. Negotiation and Contracts:
- Negotiate alliance agreements and sponsorship deals to ensure a win-win arrangements.
- Manage contract renewals and maintain long-term partner relationships.

7. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new industries, trends, and opportunities that align with our conferences.
- Analyze the success of alliance campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or brand promotion.

● Proven track record of developing successful alliances that drive revenue growth, preferably in the events or conference industry.

● Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in the technology sector.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and data analysis is preferred.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
