Business Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

A. Work on B2B business understanding:
1. Analyze and understand B2B processes in the retail, energy, FMCG, and manufacturing industries.
2. Identify potential business opportunities and provide insights for informed decision-making.
B. Work on customer interaction:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing interactions.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable business requirements.
C. Handle business requirement gathering:
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
2. Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
D. Work on project coordination:
1. Coordinate between development, testing, and product management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
E. Work on product development ownership:
1. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Ensure the final product meets business objectives.
F. Work on documentation:
1. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process model and notation (BPML), business requirements document (BRD), functional requirements document (FRD), and more.
2. Prepare user manuals, test case documents, and project status reports.
G. Work on testing:
1. Conduct SAP and Java testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with testing teams to prepare, review, and execute test cases.
H. Demonstrate SAP and Java knowledge:
1. Provide support in SAP material management (MM) processes and contribute to SAP-related projects.
2. Collaborate with development teams on Java-based solutions, specifically in the MERN stack.
