Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' operations, processes, and strategies.
3. Design and implement frameworks to address clients' unique challenges
4. Provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance and drive profitability, focusing on areas such as supply chain, sales, planning, marketing, etc.
5. Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and progress.
