Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and customer engagement: Call potential members to sell and convert users, follow up with prospects, understand customer needs, and identify sales opportunities.
2. Support and feedback: Help users understand Even's offerings, identify bugs to escalate, consolidate user feedback, and represent user needs to product teams.
3. Process development: Create and implement new processes independently, adapting to the dynamic environment of a startup.
4. Performance management: Monitor your own performance and contribute to team goals, tracking metrics like conversion rate and revenue generated, and managing objections during calls effectively.

1. 0 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development where you were actively involved in lead conversion and revenue generation. Freshers are welcome to apply!
2. Strong English communication skills both written and verbal. Candidates who speak Kannada and/or Hindi additionally will be preferred.
3. Dynamic, quick thinking, and problem-solving. Ability to grasp new concepts very quickly.
4. Willing to work 6 days a week. Weekly off will be on a weekday.
