Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Associate (After School Program)

Job Description: The Business Management (After School Program) Manager will oversee the strategic development and operational execution of after-school programs, focusing on building partnerships, engaging customers, managing social media, and handling recruitment processes. The main objective of this role is to grow the business which may be achieved by the following responsibilities, but is not limited by the following.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Small Business Manager: Lead and manage relationships with small businesses, preschools, and activity centers to promote and implement after-school offerings. Develop and maintain active relationships with these partners to ensure smooth operation and mutual growth. Facilitate the running of after-school camps and classes at partner locations, ensuring all requirements and resources are met and provided. Coordinate with internal teams to support the needs of the after-school business.

2. Customer Engagement: Manage direct interactions with parents for enrolments and engagement in after-school camps and classes. Conduct marketing through WhatsApp, telemarketing, and handling customer calls and inquiries. Address and resolve parent grievances in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Social Media Management: Plan and develop content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook. Design engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor social media interactions to enhance online presence and engagement. Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
