2. Collaborate with attorneys to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
3. Attend business meetings, conferences, and seminars
4. Manage client feedback programs and work on strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
5. Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
6. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts
7. Monitor and manage the firm's online presence, including website, social media, and third-party directories
8. Lead the development and submission of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
9. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and business development initiatives
