Tattva Wellness Spa & VILASA World seek to expand the Customer Service team with an experienced in Customer Service. Professional with fluent communication skills for joining its CRM Department.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage all customer communication points, including calls, emails, and social media messages
2. Drive adoption and utilization of the CRM platform, including reporting and dashboard analysis
3. Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, establishing rapport and handling complaints, requests, and inquiries
4. Schedule appointments for guests efficiently using booking tools
5. Develop an understanding of the beauty and spa business to guide guests effectively
6. Seek and maintain records of guest feedback, escalating issues for improvement
7. Track social media for guest feedback and respond appropriately
8. Promote memberships and manage related queries, as well as promote gift vouchers
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
