In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating new sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet business targets. Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to engage potential clients and generate leads from CRM systems.
2. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up on leads.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all client requirements are met and that deals align with company goals.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
8. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
