Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Negotiate, implement, and secure current and new business opportunities
2. Forecast accurate sales volume and revenues, meeting or exceeding annual operating plan targets
3. Build and maintain key customer relationships at various senior management levels and throughout new and existing customer organizations
4. Utilize a management degree as an added advantage
5. Leverage 5+ years of sales/marketing or technical sales experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably with companies selling to API/Pharma Intermediate manufacturers
6. Independently own and analyze assigned business segments
7. Demonstrate excellent sales skills, value selling skills, and negotiation skills
8. Exhibit oral and written proficiency in English
9. Showcase good presentation and project management skills
