1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified career experts.
2. Develop and execute strategies to expand the network of education agents(career experts).
3. Build and maintain robust relationships with education agents(career experts) to ensure a steady pipeline of potential candidates.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, coaching classes, educational consultants and other educational institutions.
5. Negotiate and secure partnerships and collaborations with educational institutions to support recruitment and business development efforts.
6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with educational institutions to promote the company's services.
7. Lead and manage a team of career experts, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing education agent channels and relationships with educational institutions.
2. Proven track record in recruitment, team management, and business development.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
4. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
