About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Find tenants for properties
2. Manage negotiations with owners and tenants, ensuring deal closures
3. Generate leads through offline real estate networks, including local area WhatsApp groups and cold calling
4. Assist in property marketing to generate leads
5. Ensure targets are achieved
6. Manage end-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
7. Coordinate with the office coordinator to schedule property site visits conducted by field sales associates
8. Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner and potential tenant, leading to deal closing
9. Maintain and update databases of daily activities according to company standards
10. Assist in preparing necessary paperwork and property documentation

Skills Required:

1. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Hindi and English
2. Proficient in MS Office
3. Skilled in customer relationship management
4. Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
5. Exhibit energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence
6. Preferably a graduate from any discipline
7. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales in any industry
