Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chats, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and exchanges
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments
