Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, networking, and market research.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored advertising solutions.
3. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including proposals, presentations, and pitches.
4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to enhance the agency's service offerings.
5. Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and digital) to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and projects for new clients.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals set by the management.
7. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, tracking progress against KPIs and objectives.
8. Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while maintaining long-term relationships.
