Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop markets in the zone/territory allocated
2. Set goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
3. Assess potential distributors & dealers in the location
4. Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
5. Appoint, create & manage network of distributors & dealers
6. Do lead generation & research on prospective accounts in target markets
7. Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle
8. Do product demonstration, provide training to distributors, dealers & farmers
9. Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients
10. Do complaint handling on behalf of distributors, dealers & farmers
11. Build relationship with key stakeholders to expand market potential
12. Attend conferences and industry events

Required qualifications:

1. Agricultural/science graduates with experience in sales
2. Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of AgroChemical/agricultural product sales
3. Good communication skills and being able to communicate effectively in more than one South Indian language
