About Us:

Chittoo is a dynamic and innovative English learning platform designed to make language learning accessible and engaging for users of all backgrounds. As we grow, we seek a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive partnerships that will expand our reach and generate revenue. If you're passionate about education technology and have a knack for building impactful business relationships, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities: Research potential markets and partners, including advertisers, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
2. Partnership building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaborations such as bulk deals, brand partnerships, and advertising opportunities.
3. Sales and revenue growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Chittoo's premium user base and revenue.
4. Pitching and presentations: Create and deliver compelling pitches tailored to different partners, such as educational institutions, businesses, and brands.
5. Market analysis: Monitor trends in the EdTech sector, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine business development strategies.
6. Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnerships.
7. KPIs and reporting: Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on business development activities and outcomes.

Other requirements

- Proficiency in English communication and working knowledge of Hindi. Working knowledge of Kannada will be a plus.

- 1-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles, preferably in EdTech or a tech startup.

- Proven track record of closing deals and building successful partnerships.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the education technology space or language learning market is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 6,00,000 /year
