Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential customers in the residential sector for smart automation solutions
2. Build relationships with decision-makers, architects, builders, and contractors
3. Conduct consultations to understand client needs and present solutions effectively
4. Develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
5. Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery and customer satisfaction
6. Provide sales forecasts and attend industry events for networking

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of relevant experience, 2+ years total work experience
2. Bachelor s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
3. Track record of achieving sales targets in home automation or similar field
4. Strong understanding of smart automation technologies
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Self-motivated with solid presentation and negotiation skills
7. Experience with CRM software and willingness to travel
8. Electrical background and sales experience preferred
