Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new business
2. Generate new leads
3. Interact with clients & understand their training requirements
4. Convert assigned leads to successful closure
5. Prepare proposals & respond to RFP/RFQ
6. Search trainer profiles
7. Evaluate trainer profiles
8. Arrange discussions between trainer & clients to set the objective & expectation of the training
9. Ensure training delivery happens seamlessly from start to end
