We are looking for a dynamic profile with an interior designing background with sales and business development experience. your responsibility includes. We would request to go through all the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Should be experienced in Interior design sales with knowledge of designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc. Must have basic CAD drawing knowledge as well.
2. Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
3. Attend the incoming leads and build business relations with current and potential customers.
4. Initiate outbound callings to connect with potential customers.
5. Knowledge & Experience in Large Residential Projects.
6. Be part of the project team at the pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive closure
7. Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of new client acquisition, number of projects, and value. Also, build a robust pipeline of business leads.
8. Prospect and acquire new clients. Identify, evaluate, and implement new lucrative business propositions.
9. Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
10. Must have experience working with an interior designing firm.
Education & experience
1. At least 3 year of interior design sales experience.
2. Any graduate in any specialization
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Must have good knowledge of Interior design, engineering, dimensions, materials, color, etc.
2. Must have Basic CAD drawing knowledge.
3. Willingness to work under time pressure and visit the customer location.
4. Ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
5. The candidate should be able to speak Kannada, Hindi & English.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
