About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented 'B2B Sales Representative' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
