Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner
2. Providing each and every details of online courses & internship to the students and convincing them to buy.
3. Identify customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
4. Have good presence of mind
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools is a plus.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
