Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets or industries by researching companies, understanding their hiring needs, and reaching out to decision-makers to establish relationships
2. Pitch the agency's recruitment services to potential clients, negotiating terms of engagement, including pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements
3. Build a network of contacts and partners in overseas markets through cold calling to facilitate cross-border recruitment efforts and expand the agency's global reach
