About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers including students, writers, and other relevant audiences
2. Customer engagement: Initiate contact with inbound users via calls and emails to establish a connection.
3. Customer relationship management (CRM): Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-informed about Desklib's offerings and know how to utilize them effectively

2. Day shift and flexibility to work after office hours according to the company's requirements

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in dealing with international clients (at least 1 year of experience)

2. Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English

3. Demonstrated ability and knowledge to generate and qualify leads through various channels

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

5. Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms for lead generation
