This role needs you to be empathetic, agile, and committed to quality. you ll be working with early teams and founders who are building their startups from the ground up - you ll need to be highly adaptive and pivot-friendly. Startup needs to change/evolve rapidly. If you re expecting routine 9-5 work this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads as per the target customer profiling suggested by the management.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, and establish new business contacts.
3. Set up meetings with potential customers and meet them to give a presentation about our company s products, services, and processes.
4. Maintain the database of the contacts acquired through various means and provide a report to the management as per their requirements.
5. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings and present the products and services of the organization.
6. Prepare and share the proposals, quotations, and invoices with the customers and follow up on the payments.
7. Need to achieve monthly, quarterly, and Annual targets set by the management and strive to overachieve them.
8. Work closely with the cross-functional teams for services, installations, and other requirements as per the management s requirements.
9. Work with peers and Managers to help them achieve the team targets and perform as a strong team player.
10. Help the team members or peers in times of need to meet customers and present organization products and services.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

2. Proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu.

3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word, and ppt).

4. Hands-on experience with CRM software is an advantage.

5. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

6. Fast learner and passion for sales.

7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

8. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

9. Maturity, Confidence, Perseverance, Patience.

10. Excellent interpersonal skills.

11. Must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they reside and proper automobile registration.

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
