About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling: Make a high volume of calls daily to generate leads
2. Counseling: Advise clients on NEET/IIT-JEE prep and NNIIT's offerings
3. Field Sales (Males): Conduct in-person meetings with students and parents
4. Inside Sales (Both Genders): Manage calls, emails, and meetings to close sales
5. Lead Conversion: Follow up and ensure successful enrollments
6. Target Achievement: Consistently meet/exceed sales targets
7. Reporting: Provide updates on performance and client feedback

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or counseling (Ed-tech preferred)
3. Cold Calling: Experience with multiple cold calls is mandatory
4. Academic Knowledge: Strong understanding of NEET/IIT-JEE fundamentals
5. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
6. Language: Fluent in English and Telugu
7. Field Sales (Males): Willingness to travel for client meetings
