Key responsibilities:

1. Must have excellent communication and listening skills in English language.

4. Must be willing to take initiative.
5. Must be a Go-Getter and diligent enough to handle the questions.
6. Must be mentally agile to provide solutions to the clientele.
7. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering. Learn details about our product and service offerings.
8. Address any questions or issues customers may have and communicate with them to understand their requirements and needs.
9. Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities.
10. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
11. Keep an updated customer database.
12. Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
13. Track and document calls and sales.
14. Update client records.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Articulate & strong phone-verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
2. Fair Knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
3. Basic awareness of Telesales/Inside sales/Telemarketing/Tele calling/Loan process/ Credit card sales.
4. Excellent Convincing Power.
5. Team player.
6. Good time-management skills.
7. Great interpersonal and presentation skills.
8. Expert in Negotiation Skills.
9. Basic Computer Knowledge
10. Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
11. Obtaining Customer information in detail to generate the need.
12. Immediate joiner.
