About the job

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented 'Business Development Executive' (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
2. Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
3. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Presentations and proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting our products/services and value proposition.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective communication.
6. Reporting: Track sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress towards goals.
7. Market analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in [any building material company (Architect/ ID working)].
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
