Business Development Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and achieving targets in the given areas, and managing the coverage, volume, and fundamentals of the assigned areas.
2. Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area.
3. Working with current clients & also generating new leads.
4. Planning and achieving new initiatives/priorities (for example coverage extension plans, etc).
5. Analysing and planning of business strategies.
6. Upgrading skills as a business development executive with a focus on tracking sales and imparting training as per the training calendar.
7. Participating in the business planning process.
8. Leading the business team reviews in the weekly meetings.
9. Reviewing the performance of the team members and recommending better strategies.
10. Working on records and reports.
11. Ensuring the proper collection for assigned area.
