About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting inquiring students in selecting the right course.
2. Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound, and Online Processes. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
3. Self motivated and organized, capable of Managing a high volume of customer interactions.
4. Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per their domain
5. Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting will be an added advantage
6. Identifying opportunities for new Business Development through Lead Generation. Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
7. Attending around 150 calls daily to achieve the allocated targets.
8. Creating and maintaining a database of prospective clients; maintaining a database ( Salesforce, Excel) of prospective client information and identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
9. Inside sales & Outdoor meetings if required.
