1. Drive the sales strategy based on focus industries and acquire new enterprise customers with an emphasis on delivering business value
2. Develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in client organizations, ensuring successful Master-O implementation and driving business value in collaboration with product and customer success teams
3. Build and manage the sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and track key metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
4. Ensure conversions from pilots to full-scale customer launches and from launches to annual renewals or cross-sales in collaboration with business development, customer success, content, and product teams
5. Understand the client's business objectives and digital learning strategy
6. Maintain high levels of energy with a focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
7. Connect with and lead meetings with CXO-level members, including heads of sales, customer service, HR, COO, and CDO
8. Understand business drivers of client organizations and target industries, and how Master-O can support their business and operating plans to ensure value
9. Provide effective and innovative solutions to client problems, including packaging solutions and driving high-value, profitable deals for both the customer and InspireOne
10. Identify areas for cross-selling and up-selling in collaboration with the customer success team
