1. Develop new business opportunities within various sectors like BFSI, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Automobiles, Clean Tech, Electronics
2. Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
3. Identify trends and client needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
4. Eventually, as a Business Development Manager, hire, train, and lead other Business Development Executives
5. Engage in client networking and conclave opportunities to build credibility
6. Recruitment: Guide the recruitment team on recruitments for various roles and manage certain critical roles individually
