Key responsibilities:
1. Analyze leads generated from the institute s marketing campaigns and connect with them to explain about enquired courses
2. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students and work towards delighting them by helping them achieve their course program goals
3. Maintain a constant communication channel with candidates via phone, email, chat, and social media to keep them updated about the latest programs/workshops
4. Analyze all interactions (on the platform, in person, or on call) that each prospective student has with us to understand their progress, gauge the enrolment possibilities, and provide them with regular updates and motivation for enrolment and finally closing admission
5. Bring in constant feedback to help improve the programs and improve satisfaction scores
6. Plan and execute the program calendar, including deadlines and events by working closely with the program team and driving the schedule for the maximum benefit of the students

1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Hindi)
2. Strong customer service bent of mind, in order to understand the students' expectations and support them in achieving their goals through the program
3. Approachable and vibrant personality
4. Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy
5. Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times
6. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines
7. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
