About the job

We are seeking a 'Business Development Manager' to drive influencer onboarding and revenue generation for our platform. In this role, you will identify and engage with influencers, build strategic partnerships, and develop strategies that contribute to the company's overall revenue growth. Your focus will be on growing our influencer network and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, approach, and onboard influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to join our platform.
2. Develop and execute strategies for influencer acquisition to expand our influencer network and increase brand visibility.
3. Build strong relationships with influencers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align influencer campaigns with business goals and deliver value to both influencers and the company.
5. Identify revenue opportunities by leveraging influencer partnerships to attract brand collaborations and sponsorships.
6. Negotiate and close deals with brands and advertisers to generate revenue through influencer-driven campaigns.
7. Track and analyze performance metrics, including influencer engagement and campaign ROI, to optimize strategies and ensure continuous growth.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on influencer onboarding, partnerships, and revenue generation to senior management.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to keep the company competitive.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, influencer marketing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of influencer trends, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
