Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, hospitality, or a related field (BBA, MBA preferred).
1-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the banquet furniture and hospitality equipment industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
