Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create leads by calling potential and existing clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest
2. Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria to support the sales team
3. Address inquiries, provide information, and answer questions about our offerings
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
5. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
6. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
7. Gather feedback from clients to help improve our products/services and customer experience

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in an outbound sales process with targets
2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear voice and business etiquette
3. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and objections effectively
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment
