Business Development Manager Job

RCMPA Polishing Technologies Private Limited is hiring!

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new enquires and convert all given enquires into paying customers.
2. Be responsible for acquiring relevant leads, new accounts from domestic markets, and prospects through different channels/mediums.
3. Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
4. Provide reports to seniors about new prospective clients, and advise ways to approach and take them on board.
5. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
6. Attend networking events.
7. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
8. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Note: Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on simplifying and presenting complex information in an insightful and meaningful way.

1. Job location: Badlapur East.
2. Timing: 9 am to 6 pm.
