Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company sales targets.
2. Conducting market analysis to identify business opportunities and trends in the industry.
3. Generating leads and converting leads into projects with respect to construction, interior & consulting-related projects.
4. On conversion of leads into projects, we offer a commission to the selected Business Development Manager.
5. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
6. Managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
7. Creating and delivering effective architectural & design services--sales pitches to potential clients to drive business growth.
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
