2. Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing activities, providing necessary project details over email or WhatsApp, and ensuring regular follow-up and customer site visits
3. Handle the entire sales function, from leads handling to ensuring site visits to closures
4. Prepare sales plans and supervise overall sales activities
5. Expand the customer database manifold and maintain a potential customer data bank
6. Achieve high sales targets and manage collections from customers
7. Track sales team metrics, analyze sales team data, and develop plans to address performance gaps
8. Set targets, performance plans, and standards for sales representatives and coach individual reps to improve sales performance
9. Enable the team by acknowledging team members' achievements and accomplishments, and planning and implementing regular training programs for skill-building
