Business Development Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and outreach:
- Identify and reach out to prospective schools and groups of schools to introduce FSM's performing arts program.
- Utilize various channels such as meetings, calls, and emails to establish initial contact and generate interest.

2. Presentations and demo sessions:
- Schedule and conduct presentations and demo sessions to showcase the benefits and features of our performing arts program.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each school or group of schools.

3. Onboarding new schools:
- Successfully onboard at least 25 new schools annually to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, addressing any concerns or questions schools may have.

4. Daily KPI management:
- Conduct 4 meetings per day with prospective or current clients.
- Maintain consistent communication through calls and emails.
- Update CRM with accurate and timely information on all interactions and progress.
- Attend and actively participate in internal meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
