The 'Business Development Manager (Zonal)' will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence within their assigned zone (East, West, South, or North). The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in the jewellery industry, with strong B2B and B2C marketing skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and revenue generation:
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned zone by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share within the zone.

2. Market expansion and client management:
Identify and target potential clients in the jewellery sector, including retailers, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders in both B2B and B2C segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Marketing and promotions:
Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns tailored to the zone's unique market needs.

4. Market analysis and reporting:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

5. Team collaboration and coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

6. Compliance and risk management:
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the jewellery industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B and B2C environment.
4. Strong knowledge of the jewellery market, industry trends, and customer preferences.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
