Key responsibilities:

1. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
2. Researching prospective accounts in target market initiatives
3. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle by owning the process
4. Communicate with prospects via multiple channels as an individual contributor
5. Sell a disruptive product
6. Identify potential strategic partners, sponsors, and collaborators to enhance event offerings
7. Initiate and negotiate partnership agreements to create long-term relations
8. Collaborate with external vendors to smooth handover and execution of events
9. Active participation during events

4. Excellent presentation skills

5. Proficient with Ms-office, word, excel, PowerPoint

6. Displays enthusiasm: keen to own end-to-end sales cycle

7. Understanding human psychology is a plus
