Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic sales planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase market share within the K-12 education sector.
2. Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
3. Marketing collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral that support business development initiatives.
4. Market analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the K-12 education market.
5. Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that effectively showcase Genius Kidz products and services.
7. Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
8. Sales reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, tracking progress against sales goals.
9. Industry awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices in education technology, robotics, and AI to enhance product knowledge and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the K-12 education sector.

3. Strong understanding of the K-12 education market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.

6. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

10. Willingness to travel extensively within India as needed.
