We are seeking a chartered accountant to join our dynamic team at StartupOrganizer.in. The chartered accountant will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of various clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial advice to help clients make informed business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage accounting and financial reporting for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings, including advisory and return preparation.
3. Oversee and manage MCA compliances, ensuring timely filings and adherence to corporate regulations.
4. Provide financial consulting to startups, including budget forecasting, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
5. Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
6. Assist clients in audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
7. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for financial filings and queries.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize financial workflows.
9. Stay updated on tax laws, company law, and other relevant regulatory changes, and ensure the implementation of necessary changes in client processes.
10. Provide guidance on business structuring, capital management, and financial strategies.
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1. Chartered accountant (CA) qualification.
2. Proven experience in managing financials, taxation, and compliances for businesses, particularly startups.
3. In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and MCA compliances.
4. Strong understanding of financial statements and financial planning.
5. Experience in audit procedures and interacting with regulatory authorities.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
