Headfone, an audio drama platform, is looking for a chief of staff to support our leadership team in managing day-to-day operations and driving key initiatives. This role involves working with the founders to manage day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns.
2. Draft and manage professional communications, including emails.
3. Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
4. Negotiate terms and collaborate with community members, business partners.
5. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure execution of various projects.
