We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Acquisition Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new business opportunities to drive the growth of our agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and client acquisition, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, online research, etc.).
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor our marketing solutions to meet those needs.
* Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and present customized marketing solutions to potential clients.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry.
* Report on sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Client Acquisition Executive or similar role in the digital marketing industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
