You will work closely with the Operations Head at Front office at Jaipur centre, and liaison with the HQ, and Clients team, getting new leads.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting tours to execute sales strategy and maintain high occupancy. Developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its office space facilities.
2. Maintaining awareness of the factors that influence the hospitality industry (coworking) and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of customers.
3. Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet members' needs, working closely with other office staff to ensure members are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
4. Working with computers, such as MS word, Excel.
5. Identifying the factors that shape your office's appeal to customers.
6. Developing strong customer relationships to build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business.
7. Liaising and work closely with other members of the management team to identify marketing priorities.
8. Reviewing future booking levels to plan dates for promotions to increase occupancy rates.
9. Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms.
10. Liaisoning with the facilities team on building operations and maintenance.
11. Managing local vendors and potentially admin supervisors.
12. Resolving member complaints through neutral fact investigation, and resolving with management and site operations team support.
1. 1 - 2 years of work experience in IT, customer service, or business development.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Self-starter who has the ability to work independently.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable.
6. High hustle quotient: Willing to get their hands dirty, as necessary, to move fast and get things done.
7. Should have basic computer skills, such as MS word, Excel.
