About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the main link between the company and clients, keeping in touch regularly to understand their digital marketing needs and goals.
2. Work with clients to create customized digital marketing strategies and packages that fit their business objectives and budget.
3. Explain our digital marketing services, like SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, to clients in a clear and convincing way.
4. Present digital marketing proposals and plans to clients, answering any questions they have.
5. Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure we deliver services to clients on time and as promised.
6. Support clients throughout their digital marketing campaigns, offering advice and performance reports.
7. Look for opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
8. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues quickly.
9. Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and share insights with clients.
10. Keep accurate records of client communication and project details.
