ii. Oversee the production of advertising materials, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
iii. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
3. Issue resolution:
i. Identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions.
ii. Address and resolve any client concerns or challenges promptly and effectively.
4. Performance analysis:
i. Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
ii. Provide clients with regular performance reports and insights.
iii. Work with the analytics team to recommend data-driven improvements to future campaigns.
5. Client growth:
i. Identify opportunities for additional services or upselling.
ii. Develop and present proposals for new projects or campaigns.
iii. Support the business development team in acquiring new clients.
